Terms & Conditions
1. INTERPRETATION & VARIATION
1.1
In the Terms & Conditions the following definitions apply:
Company means Gregory Lennon Wellness (trading as YOU ARE HAUM). Member means any person that has signed a Registration Form or checked the Waiver box online which has been accepted by the Company. Registration Form means the registration & application form signed by each Member. Practice Space means any of the physical spaces in which Gregory Lennon Wellness operates. Community includes Members, Teachers, and Recognized Representatives of Gregory Lennon Wellness. Website means www.gregorylennonwellness.com, www.youarehaum.com, or affiliated websites. Terms & Conditions as defined here.
1.2
The Terms & Conditions are incorporated into the Registration Form & online booking system.
1.3
The Company reserves the right to vary or revoke any of the Terms & Conditions from time to time which it may consider necessary or suitable for the regulation of the governance of the Practice space(s) & the conduct of Members. Any such changes will be published on our websites &, until revoked, are binding on Members.
1.4
The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of The Netherlands & subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
2. MEMBERSHIP
2.1
Subject to condition 2.2, when a person has signed a Registration Form or ticked the terms & conditions on-line, they shall become a Member.
2.2
Acceptance of a person as a Member is at the discretion of the Company.
2.3
The Company reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or refuse to renew the membership of any Member whose conduct is, or may deemed to be in the Company’s reasonable opinion, injurious to the character of the Company or amounts to a breach of the Terms & Conditions or where such expulsion is otherwise to be in the interests of the other Members. Any Member so expelled shall forfeit all privileges to membership & shall not be entitled to any refund for any period during which his membership is suspended.
2.4
The Company may run promotional introductory offers from time to time. These offers are exclusively for new students who are not already registered (Members) with the Studio & are not for repeat use.
3. CLASS OPENING TIMES
Details of class times at the Practice Space(s) and Live-Stream may vary from time to time. Class times will be published by the Company on our Website. Practice Spaces are open 15 minutes before and after class. Live-Streams are available for log-in 10 minutes before class.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1
Details of class prices & class card prices are available on our website(s) or shall be such prices as determined by the Company from time to time.
4.2
Payments for classes do not entitle you to attend classes of any other yoga Studio other than those operated by this Company (in the event that they are available).
4.3
Subject to any statutory right of cancellation, payments for classes, class card fees, monthly subscription fees & annual payments are made non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Terms & Conditions.
4.4
Workshops, Retreats & Events at Gregory Lennon Wellness are non-refundable. They can be credited to account if notice is given with a minimum of 5 days prior to the Event date due to unforeseen circumstances (exceptions made for certain medical/personal circumstances at The Company’s discretion). Deposits however are non-refundable.
5. MONTHLY AUTOPAY
5.1
The provisions of this clause 4 shall only apply to Members that subscribe to unlimited classes by monthly (Subscription).
5.2
Members shall be given no less than 30 working days’ written notice of any increase in their Subscription (unless otherwise agreed in their contract)
5.3
A Member may cancel their subscription at any time by written request to info@gregorylennonwellness.com, giving a 10 days’ notice before the next renewal date.
5.4
Members agree & acknowledge that by agreeing to the Minimum Subscription Period of one month, they are being given preferential rates by the Company & therefore it is fair & reasonable that the Company charges them for any payments as described & referred to above.
5.5
Members who do not wish to accept a change proposed by the Company to the Terms & Conditions or to pay an increase in any Subscription fees may cancel their Subscription by giving written notice to the Studio. The notice must be given before or within 30 days after the change to the Terms & Conditions or increase in subscription fees takes effect & must expire at the end of the relevant calendar month. The Member giving notice must continue to pay subscriptions at the rate current immediately prior to any proposed increase until the end of such notice period.
6. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Personal belongings are brought into the Practice Space at the Member’s risk & the Company does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatever to such items. For security reasons Members are advised to keep personal belongings with them & not leave them in the changing area/bathroom area.
7. FACILITY BOOKINGS
7.1
Early Cancels – If you cancel more than 12 hours before the start of class no fee is applied. This allows waitlist students to be contacted & join the class.
7.2
Late Cancels – If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, you will be automatically charged a 5 euro fee and if you have a class pass, you will lose a class.
7.3
A ‘No Show’ (Failure to turn up for a class at all without prior cancellation) will incur the following:
Drop in students: If you have pre-paid for your class you will lose the class you have paid for.
Unlimited Members: Refer to our No-Show Policy at 7.4
Please remember that you must go to our online booking system & remove yourself from the class list.
7.4
Our no-show policy:
Every member with an unlimited membership who does not show for a class will receive an automatic 5 euro fee.
7.5
Our Online Booking Facilities & rules are as follows:
Classes can be booked online up to 2 weeks in advance for Members.
Classes can be booked online up to 1 weeks in advance for Class Pass & One Fit
All students with online bookings must sign in at least 5 minutes before the class starts.
When classes have reached their online booking capacity you can add yourself to the waitlist.
If you are on the waitlist, if a space becomes available you will receive an email from our booking system, and you will need to go back and try to book the class again.
This will be on a first come first served basis.
8. USE OF FACILITIES
8.1
A Member is entitled to use the Practice Space’s facilities during scheduled class times providing always that the Company may at any time withdraw all or part of its facilities for any period or periods & with notice, where practicable, in connection with any leaning, repair, alteration or maintenance work or for reasons beyond the control of the Company.
8.2
Children under the age of 16 may only use the Practice Space & attend classes if accompanied by an adult & when under their care & supervision, however the Company reserves the right of refusal for any minor to practice according to clause 9.1
9. FITNESS & HEALTH
9.1
Members are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition. The Company reserves the right to refuse access to any Member if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of such facilities.
9.2
Members with the following conditions should not attend class: low/high blood pressure & cardiac irregularities, fever, cold, flu, or any suspected airborne infection. If there is any doubt, the Member should consult their doctor. Members & their guests must notify the Company of any circumstances affecting their health which may be exacerbated through continued class participation.
9.3
Members are required to follow the instructions of the teacher at all times.
10. DRESS & FOOTWEAR
Members are requested to wear clean, comfortable clothing appropriate to the practice of Yoga. Footwear should be removed on entry to the Practice Space & left in the entry area in accordance with instructions.
11. SAFETY & HYGIENE
11.1
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
11.2
For the comfort of the Community, good hygiene is required. The use of unscented deodorant product is encouraged. Please refrain from using products with perfume or fragrance prior to practice.
11.3
It is advised to eat no later than 2 hours prior to class.
11.4
Members are requested to clean and put away any props provided by the Company for class after use.
11.3
In the event of a fire, Members are asked to make their way to the nearest available exit.
12. NON-DESCRIMINATION AND ANTI-HARASSMENT
12.1
Gregory Lennon Wellness is committed to an inclusive environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity. Each member of the Community has the right to work and practice in an atmosphere that promotes equal treatment and actively prohibits discriminatory behavior, including harassment.
12.2
It is the policy of Gregory Lennon Wellness to ensure equal treatment without discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age (over 16 years), disability, marital status, citizenship, national origin, genetic information, physical attributes or any other characteristic protected by law. Gregory Lennon Wellness prohibits any such discrimination or harassment by any member of the Community.
12.3
Gregory Lennon Wellness encourages reporting of all perceived incidents of discrimination or harassment by any member of the Community to info@gregorylennonwellness.com.
13. LIABILITY
13.1
Gregory Lennon Wellness shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages in connection with, or resulting from, participation in classes or events.
13.2
The Student will never engage Gregory Lennon Wellness, the Teachers, or any Recognized Representative, in legal proceedings relating to possible damages in whatever form, that may be the result of participation in classes or events.
13.3
Gregory Lennon Wellness only works with qualified yoga teachers and will always offer Yoga classes of the highest quality, nonetheless, there is always a risk of injury involved when taking a Yoga class. By participating in the classes or events the Member accepts such risk of injury. Gregory Lennon Wellness offers the following guidelines to diminish the risk of injury:
Consult with a physician when you are not sure you are completely healthy, or have a condition, before starting to take yoga classes.
If you have an injury, or other physical issue, inform the yoga teacher before you start your Yoga class.
Listen to and follow the instructions of the Yoga teacher.
Be conservative in your practice and listen to your physical limitations.
Don’t do any exercises that are painful.

All Gregory Lennon Wellness materials are under copyright protection of Gregory Lennon Wellness and cannot be reproduced by the Student without permission of the author. Failure to comply may result in legal action.
